Shipping & Returns

  1. Thank you for shopping with The Harimau Store. After your order is received. We will prepare the package for delivery and send it to our logistic partner. This process will take plus one (+1) working day from the date and time of receiving your order.
  2. All orders are shipped using our chosen logistics partner. Once dispatched out, the tracking information will be updated in the system for your perusal. You may access this when you are logged into your Harimau Store shoppers account.
  3. Domestic order will normally be completed between 2 to 5 days while International order will usually take 5 to 7 days BUT may take a maximum of 14 to 21 days to arrive pending various checks and delays.
  4. Cost of shipping is automatically calculated by the total weight of your order. There are times when we offer free shipping or discounted shipping should your order amount exceeds a specific advertised threshold. This too will be automatically shown in your order.
  5. During this Covid-19 period do allow a delay of between three (3) to seven (14) business days from the date of dispatch unless specified otherwise in the item description.
  6. If by chance you have still not received your order after 30 working days due to goods being Lost-in-delivery, you are advised to contact our Customer Service Team. We can then assist in tracking your order and advising on the status of the parcel's delivery.
